If I were to say, this is not wise management. Having a good safety and health program combined with the use of appropriate safety gears would actually provide a great impact to decreasing the number of work related injuries, illnesses, accidents, and even fatalities.

The success of the company depends on the safety and well being of its workers. A company cannot expect the best from an unhealthy or injured worker.
