Occupational Health and Safety Training
Good training for the safety of workers is not a solution. Occupational Health and Safety Training to teach a comparatively receptive and willing group of people on the practical aspect of a particular item like entering an area of authorization or need to keep out hot work properly and could even push the right direction when it comes to changing behaviours.
Nevertheless, even the best training cannot encourage somebody to transform their behaviours if they are not open for changing.
